The 12-50mm f/3.5-6.3 ED M.Zuiko EZ Micro 4/3 Lens (Black) from Olympus is a compact, lightweight 4.2x zoom lens that covers a lot of ground. With a digital-dedicated design as well as multi-coating on all lens surfaces, this exceptionally lightweight (7.44 oz/211 g) Micro 4/3 lens boasts very high imaging performance. Covering wide-angle to telephoto focal lengths (35mm equivalent of 24-100mm), this lens is suitable for landscapes, wide interior shots, portrait shooting, day-to-day photography and travel photography.

This superb lens incorporates the MSC (Movie & Still Compatible) design, which makes it ideal for use in both still and video applications, and has Linear Motor Drive for even faster, quieter focusing. Dust and Splash Proof construction protects the lens when shooting in wet or dusty conditions. And with macro photography operating as close as 7.87" (19.98 cm), there's very little you can't do with this lens.
