Before you buy a Digital Camera

Consider Photo and Video quality Testing

Before you buy a digital camera especially if you are considering in buying one of the expensive ones, it is important to question yourself what exactly are you looking for in a Digital Camera, what its main use will be and how much will you be able to spend on it. At least having some answers to these questions will highly increase the chances of ending up with a model that meets your needs.

Once you are ready to buy you should plan to go to a store where you can receive as much attention as possible. A one-on-one talk with a salesperson will help him understand your needs better and even let you try different models for yourself until you find the right one. Big stores tend to fail on personalized attention for the amount of people that require it. Unsatisfied customers end up buying products they will be returning the next day. From our experience as an electronics retail store based in Midtown Manhattan, customers leave happier when they are taken care of since the moment they step in our store. Devoting time and attention to customers, as well as showing them the products they want to see leads to a successful purchase for both parties.

For online buyers the risk of buying a product and being unsatisfied with it, is higher. especially when there is a lack of background knowledge for the industry. Since we started our company, first, as an online store, we made sure that even though there was no personal interaction, our customers felt they were as close as just one phone call or an e-mail away. For us, making our phone number visible in our website worked and still works best to solve problems. We have learned that the best way to do business and keep up our positive customer feedback is by responding directly to our customers and handle their issues promptly and hassle-free!

When buying electronics seeing, feeling and trying the actual product is very important. Especially, for those concerned with size and portability. Nevertheless to be able to see the end result of the product you are interested in buying is just as important if not more important! In our efforts to provide helpful services to our customers we came up with "Test it Before You Buy it." We believe this service will allow people to see for themselves the video and picture quality for the different digital cameras they might consider in buying.
